Sandhour has no account with us and no server of ours holds anything of yours, so most of what a terms page usually covers does not exist here. What is left is on this page.

A license to use Sandhour on the Apple devices tied to your Apple Account. One payment, once. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel. A later version of Sandhour does not cost again.
The purchase itself happens inside Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms, and Apple handles the payment and any refund. We never see your card.
Everything Sandhour shows belongs to you and to whoever already held it: your iPhone, your Google account, your Microsoft account, or whoever publishes a calendar you follow. We claim nothing in it, we hold no copy, and deleting the app leaves every one of those calendars exactly as it was. The privacy page says where everything lives.
When you sign in to Google, Microsoft or Zoom inside Sandhour, you sign in on their own page and your agreement with them is theirs, not ours. What your phone sends them, and what they do with it, is governed by their terms and their privacy policy from the moment it arrives. Sandhour asks each of them for the smallest thing that does the job, and the privacy page names every one.
Sandhour is provided as it is. We have tested it and we use it, and we still cannot promise it is free of faults or that it will suit every way of working. It is a calendar, not a system of record: keep anything that matters in the account that holds it, which is where Sandhour writes it anyway.
To the extent the law allows, dymn.io LLC is not liable for a meeting missed, a plan changed or a loss suffered through using the app, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid for it.
Delete the app. That is the whole procedure. There is no account to close, nothing of yours here to ask us to erase, and no way for us to reach into your phone and stop it working.
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version is replaced rather than quietly amended.
